We look at your CV carefully and let you know soon if the selected position might be suitable for you. If so, we will have a short conversation over the phone to find out about your views and to see what we can offer each other, and then we discuss the common steps to follow.
You will have a go at our online tests.
We have a gamified test battery ready for recent graduates and those interested in internship with us; you can manage to do the test even via mobile phone on your way by tram. A set of three games will test your logical thinking, numeracy skills, ability to learn new things or to create systems. Right after the assessment, you will receive an insight report with feedback on your performance via email. If your test results are successful, we will be happy to invite you to a meeting in person.
We will invite you to our office.
We will be happy to get to know you closer, either by means of an interview or the Assessment centre. As for certain jobs, we will meet you in two or three sessions where you will have the chance to talk to your future superior or even the head of the entire team. You will be able to practise your skills on a case study or a special assignment which will give you a closer idea of your responsibilities.
