The first meeting of creditors for the Bankruptcy of Errington Cedar Products Limited was held on Tuesday November 26, 2019. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was affirmed as Trustee of the estate.

On November 6, 2019, the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted an Order (the “Bankruptcy Order”) appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as Trustee of Errington Cedar Products Limited.

On October 21, 2019 PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (“PwC”) was appointed as Receiver (the “Receiver”) of the assets, undertakings and properties of Errington Cedar Products Limited (“ECP”) by the Bank of Nova Scotia pursuant to their General Security Agreements dated October 31, 2014. The purpose of the receivership is to run a sales process and realize all of the assets of ECP.
