Status of the file as at March 26, 2018 

Notice is hereby given that the Superior Court granted the application for the sanction of the plan of compromise, arrangement and reorganization of Azzimov Inc. made on the 23rd day of March, 2018. We refer you to the Court order for the sanction of the Plan dated March 23, 2018 for more details.

Status of the file as at March 15, 2018

Notice is hereby given that an application will be made to the Court, at Montreal on the 23rd day of March, 2018, at 9:30 am, to approve the plan of compromise, arrangement and reorganization of Azzimov Inc., accepted by the creditors during a meeting held on the 7th day of March, 2018. We refer you to the Notice of hearing of application for Court approval of the plan for more details.

Status of the file as at February 15, 2018

On February 14, 2018, following the filing of a Motion to extend the Initial Order, the Superior Court of Quebec issued an order extending the stay of proceedings against Azzimov Inc. and Azzimov Mobile Inc. until August 20, 2018. We refer you to the Order dated February 14, 2018 for more details.

Status of file as of February 6, 2018

A plan of compromise, arrangement and reorganization in respect of Azzimov Inc.  has been filed pursuant to the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Canada Business Corporations Act.

A General meeting of the creditors in order to vote on the Plan of Arrangement will be held at the office of the Monitor, 1250 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, Suite 2500, Boardroom 2511, Montreal, Quebec H3B 4Y1 on the 7th day of March 2018 at the hour of ten o’clock.

We refer you to the "Notice of the creditors' meeting and deadline to file a proof of claim" (in section "Notices to creditors") for more details.

Status of file as of January 8, 2018

The Claims procedure order rendered by the Superior Court on December 18, 2017 as well as the Notice to creditors of the claims procedure are now available in the "Claims procedure" section.

Status of file as of December 20, 2017

The Debtors filed a petition for continuance of the BIA proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA”). The Superior Court of Québec granted the petition and issued an Initial Order pursuant to the CCAA on December 18, 2017. The Debtors are now under the protection of the CCAA and the Initial Order provides for an initial stay of all proceedings until February 20, 2018 and appoints PricewaterhouseCoopers as monitor of the business and financial affairs of the Debtors.

On the same day, the Court also issued an order pertaining to the claims procedure. More details on this matter will follow before January 8, 2018.

Status of file as of November 29, 2017

On November 23, 2017, the Superior Court of Quebec issued orders granting motions for administrative consolidation of the files and for the issuance of orders approving an interim financing and priority charges under Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. We refer you to the motions dated November 21, 2017 and the orders dated November 23, 2017 for more details.

Status of file as of November 23, 2017

Azzimov Inc. and Azzimov Mobile Inc., of the City of Montreal, Province of Quebec, had filed with the Official Receiver a “Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal” pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on the 20th day of November 2017.

Pursuant to Section 69 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, all proceedings against the corporations are stayed as of the date of filing the Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal with the Official Receiver.
