PwC Canada announces new leadership team

Toronto, June 18, 2018—PwC Canada is pleased to announce the firm’s new leadership team, effective July 1, 2018.

“Our new leadership team reflects a diverse range of experiences, perspectives and innovative ideas, which are critical to the success of our clients and our growth ambitions for the future,” says Nicolas Marcoux, PwC Canada’s incoming CEO. “Each leader has a successful track record of building strong, collaborative teams and leveraging their market expertise and relationships to deliver value for our clients and communities. As a new leadership team, we are focused on, and committed to, working together to bring the best of PwC to our clients to help solve their most important problems.”

The following are members of our new Canadian Leadership Team:

Chris Dulny, Chief Innovation Officer. Chris will lead and bring to life our innovation agenda with our people and clients, in this new role. He brings a wealth of experience and relationships from the Canadian and global innovation, startup, technology and emerging tech spaces. Kristian Knibutat, Chief Operating Officer. Kristian will provide strategic oversight of the firm’s national operations, including IT, risk, Independence Office, Office of General Counsel, and strategic mergers and acquisitions. He will leverage his extensive business acumen, stakeholder relationships and experience to maximize the firm’s operational strength as our business and workforce continues to grow, innovate and evolve. Lana Paton, National Managing Partner, Business Units. Lana will oversee our Assurance, Tax, Consulting and Deals business units. She will work closely with her business unit leaders to bring the full strength of our people and innovative services to the marketplace. Lana’s extensive leadership experience, passion, innovative approach and commitment to exceptional client service will be key as we strive to make a difference to the success of our clients. Alaina Tennison, Chief Financial Officer. Alaina will provide strategic oversight of our firm’s financial matters and business planning activities. Her extensive market experience and relationships in the assurance, regulatory and policy spaces will be valuable in helping our clients and our firm successfully navigate the evolving business landscape, employ best practices and make strategic investments for the future.
