US Immigration Webcast: Donald Trump’s recent Executive Order on Immigration and its effects on travel to the United States

On January 27, 2017, President Trump signed an Executive Order entitled "Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry Into the United States", which suspended the travel of nonimmigrants and immigrants from Iran, Sudan, Syria, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, and Iraq into the US for a period of at least 90 days and requests the implementation of uniform screening standards for all immigration programs.

This webcast, held on February 2, 2017, discusses how the Executive Order impacts corporate immigration and provides updates on developments that occurred up until the webcast date, as well as an overview of best practices in light of the current, ever-changing immigration environment.
