Tracey Jennings

Tracey is a tax partner with PwC Canada in the Technology, Media, and Communications Industry.

Working out of the Toronto office, Tracey has more than 28 years of experience with responsibilities that include both client service and leadership roles in Canada.

Tracey started at PwC in Halifax. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, she transferred into tax where she worked until 1996 when she became the tax manager at Maritime Life. In 1997, she rejoined PwC's Toronto office where she exclusively focuses in the Media, Technology, and Communications sector.

Tracey became the leader of PwC's National Entertainment & Media Industry sector in 2006. In 2010, she was asked to lead the firm's Technology, Communications, and Media industry across the Audit, Tax, and Consulting & Deals business which she did until 2014. In 2013, Tracey was also asked to lead the National Marketing & Sales Team for PwC Canada, a role which she held until 2015 when she redirected her focus exclusively on delivery of client services.

Tracey has extensive industry experience and is dedicated to adding value to clients and helping them address today's business challenges. She works with small emerging companies as well as many large multinationals. She leads PwC's National Media incentives team bringing both extensive knowledge of the tax incentives (digital, film, and SR&ED) with the team to provide overall structuring providing confidence to companies that all of their needs are addressed.
