Rafaëlle E. Champagne is a Lawyer and Senior Associate at PwC Law LLP in the Montreal office.
Rafaëlle’s practice is focused on Canadian immigration and citizenship law, more specifically workforce mobility and economic immigration. She assists both corporations and individuals with their immigration needs including Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA) and work permit applications, LMIA-exempt work permit applications, temporary resident visas, spousal work permits, study permits, issues of inadmissibility due to past criminal convictions, as well as Canadian permanent residency and citizenship applications.
Rafaëlle attended the University of Ottawa, where she obtained her Civil Law degree, and went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Université de Montréal. After law school, she completed her articles and practiced corporate immigration at a prominent Québec law firm. Rafaëlle was admitted to the Québec Bar in 2016.
