Nashrah Rahman is a U.S. Immigration Attorney and Senior Associate at PwC Law LLP working out of the Toronto office. Nashrah is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York. She is fluent in Bangla, and has oral proficiency in Hindi and Urdu.
Prior to joining PwC, Nashrah worked at an immigration law firm in Boston, USA where she represented clients seeking a diverse array of US immigration benefits, including family-based visa petitions, removal defense, non-immigrant visas, and employment-based visa petitions. Based on her extensive experience in various sectors of immigration law, she is able to quickly identify issues, assess different options, and formulate creative solutions.
Nashrah holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, cum laude, in Economics, and International and Global Studies from Brandeis University in Waltham, USA, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, USA. While at law school, she participated in Suffolk University’s Immigration Law Clinic where she represented clients seeking bond, adjustment of status, asylum, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
