Kathryn is a corporate lawyer in the Calgary office of PwC Law.  Kathryn joined PwC Law in 2016. Prior to joining PwC Law, Kathryn worked at a securities boutique in Vancouver and with a national firm in Calgary in its M&A group.

Kathryn has represented Canadian and international clients in tax driven corporate restructurings, purchase and sale transactions, corporate simplifications and business integrations projects, corporate reorganizations, and financing transactions.  Kathryn has extensive expertise in the areas of corporate/commercial and securities law matters, and represented clients in initial and secondary public offerings, private placements, and plans of arrangement. Kathryn also provides legal advice on corporate/commercial matters, corporate governance, and commercial employment law matters.
