Daniel Lee is a Canadian Lawyer in the Immigration Practice at PwC Law LLP working out of the Vancouver office.
Daniel advises his clients on all matters relating to Canadian immigration law and immigration issues. Daniel maintains expertise in Canadian immigration law, with a primary focus on corporate immigration with respect to facilitating international mobility for employees, and addressing their permanent residence needs.
Daniel has extensive experience in providing international and domestic immigration services to Canadian and foreign based multinational companies in a wide range of industry sectors, including oil and gas, telecommunications and information technology, engineering, and manufacturing.
Previously, Daniel worked as a human resources professional at two multinational corporations prior to attending law school. Therefore, when representing corporate clients, Daniel fully understands the human resources needs and timelines of his clients. Moreover, Daniel takes pride in delivering professional and timely immigration services with innovative strategies to address the frequent changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures; and to meet his clients’ immigration objectives.
Daniel has spoken on Employer Compliance in Business Immigration at the Canadian Bar Association and frequently writes articles regarding changes to the Canadian immigration processes and procedures for business immigration.
Daniel sits on the Executive Board for the Canadian Bar Association – Immigration Law South in Alberta and is a member of the CBA National Immigration Law Section’s standing working group for Employer Compliance on the International Mobility Program and Temporary Foreign Worker Program.
