Claire MacLean is an Associate Lawyer with the Canadian Immigration Practice at PwC Law LLP in Toronto, Ontario.
Claire’s primary area of expertise is with temporary residence applications including work permits, study permits, and visitor visas. She has assisted large, global companies, small corporate clients, and individuals with their Canadian inbound immigration requirements. She also has experience with permanent resident matters, as well as inadmissibility issues including applications for temporary resident permits and criminal rehabilitation.
Claire holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Prince Edward Island, and a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. She was called to the bar in 2017 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
Aside from work, Claire enjoys travelling, cycling, and reading.
