Camille Birch is a US Attorney in the Immigration Practice at PwC Law LLP based out of the Toronto office.
Camille manages and provides immigration services for the Advisory line of service for PwC US. She specializes in US corporate immigration and cross-border issues, including non-immigrant and immigrant visas, and advises clients on various immigration strategy options. More specifically, she works with clients to determine the appropriate immigration strategy across various visa classifications including, but not limited to, H-1B, L-1, TN, J-1 and E-3.
In addition, Camille has extensive experience with the employment based permanent residency process, including PERM (EB-2 and EB-3) and EB-1 filings, as well as immigration compliance matters and corporate policies. She has worked with a variety of multinational clients across various sectors, including consulting, oil and gas, mining, renewable energy, financial services, information technology and engineering.
Camille represents clients and manages staff in the preparation and submission of applications before governmental organizations including the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the US Department of Labor (DOL), and US Consulates worldwide.
Camille is admitted to the state bar of Connecticut and is licensed as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Ontario by the Law Society of Upper Canada. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and its Canada Chapter.
