Eric St-Amour is a partner in the Consulting and Deals group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Montréal office.
He is also Real Estate leader for the province of Quebec, where he has developed amongst other expertise, a detailed knowledge of senior housing facilities.
Mr. St-Amour is a member of the firm’s Corporate Advisory and Restructuring team and has more than 10 years of experience in restructuring and advisory services, especially in financial, operational and strategic review analysis. Known for his versatility, Eric acts as a consultant to shareholders, management, financial institutions, venture capital firms and attorneys specializing in restructuring services. He has expertise in various industry sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, retail, mining and First Nations.
He has participated in the planning and execution of several interim company management mandates, restructuring plans and proposals. He also provides advice to lenders and investors with troubled accounts or investments.
Mr. St-Amour holds a specialized graduate diploma (“DESS”) in public accounting and a master of business administration (“MBA”) from Montréal’s HEC School of Business. He became a chartered accountant (“CPA, CA”) in 2002. He is also a chartered insolvency and restructuring professional (“CIRP”).
He is a member of the Ordre des CPA du Québec, the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) and the Turnaround Management Association.
