Our client is a leading international group with several listed entities incorporated in Bermuda. The Bermuda office provides a range of corporate and secretarial services on behalf of the group’s extensive portfolio.
The company is looking to hire a VP – Corporate Services, who will be primarily responsible for ensuring the efficient management of the portfolio companies in various jurisdictions.
Day to day responsibilities will cover the gamut of corporate secretarial, regulatory and statutory tasks associated with a senior role of this nature, including regular liaison across the group.
Required skills and experience
The role could be suited to a qualified Company Secretary, lawyer or senior manager / executive from a corporate environment, with corporate secretarial or related experience, managing a portfolio of companies;
The role requires an analytical mind, attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions requiring rapid turn-around;
Ability to work independently and to thrive in a small office environment, are important facets of the role;
Excellent written skills and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stake-holders, will be required;
Experience preparing accounts and financial statements, would be highly desirable;
A diplomatic approach and the personal confidence to provide pro-active support to executives across the group.
This is a full – time position, based in Bermuda
Business travel may be required, on a periodic basis.
