Our client is a leading provider of transfer agency services, predominantly in Europe and the subsidiary of global provider of transfer agency and wealth management software applications and professional services.
Reporting to the CEO based in the UK, the Country Manager – Bermuda is accountable for the control of the company’s business in Bermuda. The post-holder will be the primary, client-facing representative, responsible for understanding the business objectives of the company’s clients, assessing the alignment and impact of its products and services and identifying emerging business needs and opportunities.
The Country Manager will also oversee delivery of Professional Services and Client Services, through interaction with colleagues in the group’s global teams and third-party service providers. The Country Manager will also be appointed as a company director and will fully participate in Board meetings.
Qualification and Experience
The emphasis of this role is on providing effective commercial and operational leadership to the company, with demonstrable ability to assimilate the company’s technologies and services. Core requirements will include:
