At PricewaterhouseCoopers a significant portion of our clients are privately-owned companies. As such, a specific section of our business – our Private Company Services practice – is dedicated to the long-term success of private companies and their owners. We believe in building relationships with our valued clients that enable us to offer you all of PwC through a Trusted Business Advisor (TBA), who becomes your central point of contact with our organisation.

Our focus on this market segment is underpinned by the surveys that we conduct to enable us to better understand the issues and needs of private companies and their owners. Earlier this year we launched our second Private Company Business Insights Survey (available to download via this website) and we are currently participating in the second global Family Business Survey, which promises to offer further insight into the nature of family-owned business in South Africa.
