The presentation will provide insights into Vietnam's banking sector, from the perspective of PwC. This will include our observations on the market, regulatory changes and the challenges facing international and local banks in the coming years. We will also share key findings from PwC's research study, which involved 12 leading banks in Vietnam, published in May 2013. The study gathered perspectives from bank CEOs and HR Directors, as well as key benchmarking data on performance and talent issues. We can see for example significant skills gaps, rising competition and costs and impact on bottom line performance.
