PwC Vietnam on 3 March 2012 won the 2011 Golden Dragon Award granted by the Vietnam Economic Times Newspaper at a ceremony held at Hanoi Opera House on the same day.

The Golden Dragon Award program was initiated by Vietnam Economic Times in 2000 and it has become a prestigious annual award celebrating foreign invested enterprises with great achievements and contributions to economic development of Vietnam.

PwC Vietnam is proud to win the Golden Dragon Award for four consecutive years from 2008. This is an honor to be recognised by the Vietnamese Government and the media. 2011 is also a fruitful year for PwC when we have achieved other national and international awards such as: Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister of Vietnam for remarkable contributions for the development of the independent auditing profession in Vietnam. Ian Lydall, Chairman of the Board of Management of PwC Vietnam, is the only foreign auditor to receive an individual award. PwC Vietnam has proudly become the first firm in Vietnam to be approved as the Recognised Employer by CPA Australia, and also won the DealMakers Country Award and DealMakers End of Year Award for 2011.
