Senior Consultant in GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance)

Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) is a business solution provided by our Performance Improvement Advisory Services Business Unit. We help clients meet the increasing demands of regulators, shareholders and other stakeholders to ensure robust and reliable approaches to governance, risk management and compliance with regulations.  We provide a full suite of governance, risk management and compliance services covering the assessment, design and implementation of governance, risk management, compliance and internal control frameworks, performing board effectiveness assessments, risk assessments, development of risk appetite, tolerances and early warning systems to internal audit department evaluations and set-up and outsourced internal audit. 

We are pleased to invite ambitious and highly motivated Vietnamese candidates to apply for Senior Consultant position in our Hanoi office.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with internal controls, business processes and risks
• Perform walkthrough and documentation of business processes
• Identify key controls and develop test plans
• Test and evaluate the financial and operational systems and controls
• Draft internal audit reports for reviewing
• Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline and/or professional accounting qualification. Candidates with engineering degrees and MBAs are strongly encouraged to apply
• At least 3 to 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in an audit, consulting or commercial environment
• Strong grasp of technical and business issues, industry practices and trends
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills in English and Vietnamese as the role will be required to deal extensively with clients at all levels
• Experience in risk-based audit, internal financial control processes, governance frameworks, enterprise wide risk management, revenue assurance and / or cost minimisation will be advantageous
• Excellent leadership and management skills
