PI Consultant/ Senior Consultant (Performance Improvement - Advisory services)
Job Description
Advisory services - Performance Improvement (PI) team is seeking for suitable members to join their team in both HCM and Hanoi offices. The candidate will primarily perform cross functional tasks under the supervision of the PI Manager, and Supervisors, such as: operations managment, financial advisory, IT effectiveness and Government and Risk Compliance.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients on various elements of business improvement programmes. This includes: financial processes review, business process review and design, organisation structure review, internal control and audit specific tasks;
- Support the development of PwC’s capability within PI team;
- Support in the writing of proposals;
- Keep up to date with developments as directed by management and supporting other teams with that knowledge;
- Work closely with other PwC’s team such as Transaction and SPA;
- (IT specific) Supporting the selection & project management of system integrator implementation of applications for clients. This include transaction systems (including ERPs) consolidation & supporting systems or other software tools; and
- Work with high profile cross industry clients & other industries where required.
Other related tasks
- Translate reports and/or materials relevant to the advisory team;
- Assist with contacting clients, keeping client information up to date;
- Assist with formatting, editing, and finalization of all formal letters, i.e. Lettter Of Engagement;
- Research information as needed, and assist in translating certain documents;
- Risk management activities; and
- Other projects and activities as assigned by manager.

Job Requirement Essential
The ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and excellent organisational skills, exhibit a strong client service attitude and have the ability to think logically and work independently. Other requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree;
- 3+ years of relevant experience in banking, audit, technical accounting or VAS implementation;
- Pro-active, detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines;
- Have excellent analytical and multi-tasking skills;
- Be fluent in English, both speaking and writing;
- Competency of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) and
- Enjoy team work, self motivated, and willingness to learn.
