Manager in GRC (Governance, Risk and compliance)

Job Description

GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) is one of functions of the Performance Improvement Advisory Services. We help clients meet the increasing demands of regulators, shareholders and other stakeholders to ensure robust and reliable approaches to governance, risk management and compliance with regulations.

  • Demonstrate experience with internal controls, risk assessments, business processes and/or general internal IT control and operational auditing
  • Compile clear and concise oral and written reports and recommendations on issues noted during audit work
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with financial and operational business process owners and management
  • Perform followed-up reviews to assess the progress of audit with implementing the suggested recommendations
  • Projects manage all aspects of client engagement execution to deliver presentations and advice to clients
  • Supervise and review the work of other team members, manage their performance
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops and presentations at client premises and within the team.

Job Requirement Essential

  • Vietnamese speaker
  • CPA/CA degree or Vietnamese equivalent; having a CIA would be great.
  • Have experience in financial, internal control, banking or manufacturing.
  • 6+ years experience in audit (internal and external), preferably as much as possible internal audit experience.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Career orientated and eagerness for learning
  • Capable to enhance business development and network building with clients.
  • Fluent English and Vietnamese communication in both writing and speaking skills
