IT support

Job Description

The successful candidate will report directly to the IT Manager and work closely with all other team members to support IT requirements across the firm. He/she is responsible for:

• Providing helpdesk service on day-to-day operation (both application and hardware)
  
• Setup and initate laptops/ desktops for staff.
  
• Providing assistance in conducting the IT Induction Training and/ or Windows Operating & Applications to all new joiners and staff.
  
• Monitoring and maintenance of IT system infrastructure and preparing report when required.

Job Requirement Essential

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and excellent organisational skills, exhibit a strong client service attitude and have the ability to think logically and work independently. He/She should have:

• Vietnamese national.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  
• Ability to write reports
• Good in problem solving and presentation skills
  
• Fair in English language skills (oral and written)
  
• Willing to travel (domestic and overseas)
