Recruitment Supervisor (Human Resources)

We are currently seeking applications from mature, trustworthy and enthusiastic Vietnamese candidates for the position of Human Resources Supervisor.


Requirements

The successful candidate will have excellent organisation skills, be hard working, show attention to detail, exhibit a strong client service attitude and have the ability to work as a team member as well as independently.  She/he should be adaptable, eager to accept new challenges and have the capacity to build strong relationships with people across our firm.

In addition, the successful candidate will have:
  • A tertiary degree
  • At least three years experience in similar position in a foreign-owned company
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of Labour Code
  • Ability to follow HR processes and procedures
  • A proactive approach combined with common sense
  • Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese (speaking, writing and listening)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and some knowledge of databases would be an advantage.


Responsibilities

  • Execute a recruitment plan, including sourcing, qualifying, coordinating testing and interviews, and closing offers with desired candidates
  • Work closely with client service management and the HR team to implement and improve campus recruitment
  • Manage campus recruiting, the relationship with professors, career centres, and students at key universities/institutes
  • Perform administrative procedures for new joiners and leavers, including creating/closing personnel files, updating records timely and accurately, conducting follow-up interview/exit interview, coordinating necessary arrangements to welcome new joiners/finalise leaver’s files
  • Conduct and coordinate induction programme for new joiners including orientation, buddy arrangements, Code of Conduct, GTS policies and Independence
  • Maintain staff files
  • Monitor all staff movements and work closely with other functions of IFS to ensure appropriate actions related to payroll, working facilities, final payment, etc. are accurately implemented
  • Prepare simple reports to MOLISA as required
  • Perform procedures linked to government and internal requirements (eg. labour contract, labour registration, visa, passport, work permit, etc.)
  • Be the first point of contact for staff with queries on benefits and HR policie
