HR consultant, Advisory Services
Job Description
As part of our fast-growing HR consulting team you will work with leading Vietnamese and international clients to help them manage their people related challenges they face. You will work with our senior HR consultants to:
- Help clients to develop and improve their HR management processes such as performance management, recruitment and selection and training and development;
- Advise clients on the best organisational structure for their business and assist them in implementing new corporate and management structures;
- Assist clients to identify and address the key HR issues associated with undertaking mergers and acquisitions in Vietnam;
- Conduct training needs analyses, training development and training delivery for clients;
- Participate in project planning, administration and economics, such as budgeting, staffing, billing and time analysis;
- Assist in proposal preparation, business development activities and research

Job Requirement Essential
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in a consulting or business analyst position;
- Passion for the people related challenges faced by businesses in Vietnam;
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial issues;
- Able to analyse complex business situations to identify key issues and determine sound solutions for improvement;
- Good project management and client relationship skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Vietnamese;
- Self-confident and able to defend a point of view;
- Eager to learn and promote self development;
- Advanced computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets and presentation tools
Job Requirement Desirable
- Experience in modern HR management and human capital development preferable
