Adam Handler is a principal in the Federal Tax Services group of the Washington National Tax Services (WNTS) practice. In this role, Adam advises clients, primarily in the real estate sector, in structuring complex business transactions — including partnerships, joint ventures, REITs, M&A, inbound and outbound investments, and like-kind exchanges.
Prior to joining PwC, Mr. Handler served as an Attorney-Advisor with the US Treasury Department’s Office of Tax Policy. He was also a tax partner at the firm of Sidley Austin. Mr. Handler received a B.S., with distinction, from Yale University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
