The Affordable Care Act (ACA) places significant new reporting requirements on employers. Starting in 2015, employers will need to compile detailed, month-by-month information to fulfill reporting requirements to the IRS and employees regarding "affordable healthcare" for "full time employees." Self-insured employers must also report on minimum essential coverage provided to employees for each month in 2015. Please join PwC and Equifax Workforce Solutions to discuss many of the complexities of the ACA reporting requirements, some of the key technical and data integrity issues that employers will need to address, and the unique value proposition of our collaborative end-to-end solution.

It is still very much in vogue among retailers to celebrate shopping channels, as if the physical store and the different devices through which online sales are conducted - the laptop, tablet, or smartphone - are standalone pipelines to the consumer. The phrases "multichannel" and "omnichannel" have been useful for retailers as a framework to think about the different avenues afforded by e-commerce. Retailers are quickly beginning to embrace a unified brand story across all channels that promises a consistently superior customer experience. In addition, retailers are looking to implement an integrated back-office operating model that incorporates supply chain, marketing and sales, and finance with agile and innovative technology. Our panelists will discuss key tax considerations including transfer pricing, income tax, and sales tax, as well as unclaimed property reporting considerations associated with retailers changing how their business operates to meet the changing needs of the customer.
