Joint Committee explanation of Obama's FY 2013 budget covers four new international tax provisions

On June 18, 2012, the JCT staff released a pamphlet that analyzes the revenue provisions proposed in President Obama's FY 2013 federal budget. When compared to the FY 2012 pamphlet, the new version provides similar analysis of the international tax provisions. In addition, the pamphlet analyzes the Administration's four budget provisions added for FY 2013.
