Dutch private company law changes could benefit existing holding, finance and operational structures

Changes to make the Dutch private company law simpler and more flexible entered into force on October 1, 2012. Initial practical experience with the new legislation indicates that these changes can benefit existing Dutch holding, finance, and operational structures. Companies may wish to analyze how the new rules can benefit their international or Dutch (existing or planned) corporate structures.
