Becky is a Manager on our UK tax desk in New York, where she advises multinational organizations in a wide variety of sectors.
Having joined PwC UK's International Tax Structuring team in 2007, Becky has advised clients on the tax implications and opportunities arising from cross border activities, including tax efficient holding and financing structures. In 2010, Becky was requested by a large construction group to undertake the role of in house UK Tax Manager, which she fulfilled for a six month period gaining valuable industry and wider tax experience. Becky has also been involved in M&A transactions, including tax due diligence and transaction structuring.
Becky is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).
