Paul is a senior associate at the Dutch desk of our European Tax Group focusing on cross-border tax planning for US and Dutch multinationals and private equity funds. Paul joined the Dutch desk after 1 year in the Rotterdam office where he was part of the US Tax Group focusing on US multinational clients and 4 years in the Eindhoven office where he mainly focused on (US) multinational clients. He has experience in international holding, financing and licensing structures, including international corporate reorganizations; transfer pricing projects; Value Chain Transformation projects and the (re)negotiation of Advance Tax Rulings.
Paul holds university degrees in tax economics and tax law from the Tilburg University (Netherlands).
