Michael Ruckstuhl is a manager on PwC's Swiss tax desk in New York. He joins us from the international tax practice of PwC Switzerland's Zurich office.

Michael has more than six years experience providing international tax services to Swiss and multinational companies on Swiss and international corporate tax matters. His main areas of focus have been the implementation of financing and IP structures as well as cross-border restructurings.

Michael graduated from the University of Zurich, Switzerland with a Master in Business Administration and is a certified Swiss tax expert.
