Jens is a manager on our German tax desk in New York. He joins the desk from PwC's Hamburg office in Germany.

With over five years experience providing tax advice on international tax structuring and M&A tax, Jens has worked with numerous multinational clients in various industry sectors, including retail and consumer and automotive, on acquisitions and dispositions, tax-efficient structures, cross-border reorganizations, and restructuring initiatives.

Jens holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Osnabrück. In addition, Jens is a German certified tax advisor.
