Carol O’Flynn is a Manager on our Irish tax desk in New York.

Carol has experience in advising US, Irish and other multinational companies in the technology, information communications and entertainment and media sectors on a range of Irish, international tax and related matters. Her principal areas of practice have been Irish inward investment projects, helping foreign groups establish and expand their presence in Ireland, along with advising on various international tax, IP and financial planning structures.

Carol is an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute and of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
