IRS releases additional FAQs on Schedule UTP

On July 19 the IRS released responses to additional frequently asked questions ("FAQs") that have been raised by taxpayers and practitioners with respect to the final Schedule UTP. Yesterday's release supplements the FAQs that were released by the IRS on March 23, 2011 and addresses additional issues with respect to Schedule UTP reporting.
