Legislation introduced in Tennessee would require preapproval for intangible expense deductions


Proposed Tennessee legislation that implements a proposal made by Governor Bill Haslam (R) would revise the state's intangible expense deduction provisions by requiring preapproval from the Department of Revenue (the "Department") to claim the deduction. [H.B. 2372, introduced 1/12/12]
