Beth is the Strategic Thought Leader in the National Professional Services Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. In this role, she works closely with the firm's leadership to determine PwC's position on emerging trends in auditing, accounting and financial reporting matters including proposed standards from the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Prior to her current role, Beth was an SEC Services Client Service Leader. She was responsible for advising clients and engagement teams on a national basis regarding technical accounting, reporting and auditing matters related to SEC registered and exempt offerings in the U.S. marketplace to help ensure registrant and auditor compliance with authoritative pronouncements on matters of accounting and auditing, in addition to compliance with applicable SEC rules and regulations. Beth has been with the firm for 23 years. She graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. She is a member of the AICPA, NJ Society of Certified Public Accountants and holds CPA licenses in NY and NJ.
