The Implementation of Healthcare Reform - Are you ready?

Although the Treasury Department recently announced a delay until 2015 of the next wave of requirements for the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the majority of private companies say they're already in compliance with the upcoming provisions according to PwC's latest Trendsetter Barometer survey. While 72 percent of private companies consider themselves prepared for the ACA requirements planned for 2015, only 35 percent say they are well prepared. Of those, 19 percent of the private companies surveyed cite specific actions they plan to take to comply with ACA but another 21 percent say they are uncertain which steps to take to make themselves compliant.
