SAN FRANCISCO, May 31, 2012 - PwC US will share insights on how HR organizations can transform to meet today's talent challenges and compete effectively at SuccessFactors’ SuccessConnect San Francisco, the company’s Americas global customer conference focused on business execution.  The event will be held at the Marriott Marquis in San Francisco from June 5-7.

“With organizations constantly rethinking business strategies to meet the needs of the changing economy, top management is seeking more strategic support from the HR organization in finding fresh ideas to ensure they have the talent necessary to execute on strategy more effectively,” said Ed Boswell, PwC’s U.S. Advisory People and Change Practice Leader.  “According to our research, CEOs point to talent management as a top priority, and yet they continue to struggle to overcome challenges related to their organization's workforce performance and retention.  We look forward to sharing our insights and knowledge at SuccessConnect San Francisco 2012 to help companies think about executing the right human capital strategies.”

According to recent research released by PwC, 78 percent of CEOs expect to make changes to their strategies for managing talent over the next 12 months; however, 68 percent of global CEOs and 71 percent of U.S. CEOs wish they could spend more time focused on developing the leadership of their business and their talent pipeline.  PwC’s People and Change Practice Principals, Diane Youden and Sayed Sadjady, will share more key findings from PwC's 15th Annual Global CEO Survey during their presentation entitled, “It’s time to love HR again.”  This keynote address will be held on Thursday, June 7 at 10:45 a.m. PT and will be focused on transforming HR to meet today's talent challenges to compete effectively in the current economy.
