In his new role as the Tax Inbound practice leader, Mr. Walters will work with a cross-industry and cross-border team to address the unique operational and tax issues facing non-U.S. companies operating in this country.  He will work closely with Jay Oyer, who serves as PwC's Inbound practice leader across all lines of service.
