With more than two decades of experience in the industry, Joe has advised clients as they navigate through regulatory complexity and strategically respond to changing consumer and technology trends facing cable, media and advertising companies. His work has included advice on product innovation, operational deployment of new services, strategic account management and operational resiliency.

Aaron Perlstein is a Finance and Hyperion EPM manager with over 7 years of experience at Comcast Cable. Aaron has managed several Essbase upgrades and the implementation of DRM across Essbase and Oracle EBS, Smartview, Financial Reporting and UC4 job scheduling automation to improve system stability. Most recently, he has been managing a chart of accounts redesign as part of an Oracle EBS re-implementation and is leading the implementation of Oracle Advanced Controls at the Company that will help manage change at the Organization going forward.

Stephen Walsh is Vice President of Oracle's Advanced Controls practice in North America. He has worked in various leadership roles at Oracle over the last seventeen years including serving in the Financial Controls area for the last 10 years. He has more than 25 years in the software industry and worked extensively in assisting Oracle Customers achieve success in Communications, Media and Entertainment industries as well as the highly acquisitive High Technology vertical. Stephen has a direct impact on the direction of Oracle's advanced controls solutions and has been instrumental in making Advanced Controls one of the fastest growing segments in the Oracle applications product portfolio.
