  Each of these events will provide an update on Congressional action regarding pension funding relief for defined benefit plan sponsors as well as coverage of: market rate cash balance plans, impending tax rate changes in 2013 requiring consideration of partner contributions made to qualified benefit plans, and unfunded and underfunded pension plans. The transformation in employer sponsored health care — moving from a defined benefit to a defined contribution approach — will also be covered in-depth.
