ITB 11-59: Ukraine provides guidance on profit tax liabilities for cross-border reinsurance contracts

The Ukrainian State Tax Service (STS) recently provided guidance in Letter No. 12884/6/15-0516, stating that domestic insurers with foreign reinsurance contracts must act as withholding agents.
