On November 16, Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT), Sen. John Barrasso (R-WY), and Sen. Olympia Snowe (R-ME), introduced The Jobs and Premium Protection Act (S.1880), which would repeal part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). The bill would repeal one of several new taxes levied in the PPACA, specifically, the health insurance tax.
