ITB 11-41: IRS issues proposed regulations relating to health care premium tax credit

The IRS recently issued proposed regulations, REG-131491-10, relating to the health insurance premium tax credit enacted by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (the Act) and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010. Simultaneously, Treasury released a fact sheet on the rules for implementing the health insurance premium tax credit under the Affordable Care Act.
