ITB 11-54: Illinois law makes important changes for income tax treatment of insurance companies

On August 23, 2011, Governor Pat Quinn signed Illinois House Bill 2955 into law. This Bill makes a number of important technical corrections and contains several corporate income tax provisions of particular interest to the insurance industry.
