PwC’s PRTM Management Consulting partnered with a major electric utility to conduct an industry-wide review of materials logistics practices in the utility supply chain. In the process, we identified a number of utilities that have implemented innovative and effective solutions and developed a three-step action plan utilities can follow to improve their supply chains without substantial additional involvement.
