Chuck is a seasoned account executive with a successful 30 year track record in transformational thought leadership and major global program delivery. Prior to joining PwC, Chuck was VP Commercial Aerospace & High Tech at BearingPoint Consulting, Inc.
Aerospace OEM — Global account leader for this $12 billion, leading Aerospace OEM/aftermarket supplier in over 50 sites in 17 countries - led the business case, design and deployment of the global SAP Backbone over a 6+ year period. Significant focus on commercial/defense business processes around engine/APU, avionics and landing systems engineering, manufacturing & MRO.
Leading Airline — Supported the company's internal efforts over 14 months to design a solution framework/architecture to replace legacy systems in maintenance, engineering, component and engine repair. Included aircraft engineering, base maintenance, line maintenance, AOG support and integrated supply chain. This design will now be sent to software providers for evaluation and bidding.
Avionics — Led the design of performance measurements for an avionics division of a US A&D airframe manufacturer using the concepts in the groundbreaking book
Vital signs: Using quality, cost & performance measures to chart your companies future.
Program lead on a 3 year development of target costing to support new product development with an international A&D consortium, resulting in a book called
Target costing. Participants included Boeing Commercial Aircraft, Allied Signal Engines Emerson Electric, Kodak and other large industrials.
Railcars — Led the implementation of SAP for this major railcar leasing and maintenance company. This is a privately held company owned by the top railroads in North America.
