Bobby is an assurance partner based in Charlotte. He has served a variety of clients from international, publicly-traded companies to emerging, development stage companies. His experience includes significant involvement with multinational companies and SEC registrants in US GAAP accounting, Sarbanes-Oxley internal control and PCAOB auditing standards, financial reporting, SEC reporting, public registration statements, debt offering and comfort letters. and mergers and acquisitions. He has instructed a variety of technical trainings include revenue recognition, stock compensation, business combinations, and current accounting hot topics.

Bobby spent two years in the PwC national office where he specialized in revenue recognition and stock compensation. In that role, he consulted with engagement teams to help resolve complex accounting issues. He has also been involved with PwC's thought leadership around revenue recognition and stock compensation. Bobby graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Tech. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Oliver is a partner who leads PwC's diverse manufacturing industry sector. He has more than 20 years' experience working with manufacturers and suppliers in all major regions to define strategies, implement operational transformation, and drive results.

Oliver's expertise covers a wide range of business issues, including strategy, new market entry, competitive analysis, benchmarking, new business/operating model development, product development excellence, product/platform strategy, complexity management, organization design, engineering productivity improvement and innovation management, clean transportation, electric vehicles, lithium-ion batteries, ecosystem development, vehicle electronics, connected car, telematics, procurement excellence, strategic sourcing, organization design, and transformation management.

Oliver graduated from the Technical University of Berlin with a Bachelor in Business and Electrical Engineering, earned a Fulbright Scholarship, and received his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and the Michigan Chapter of the German American Chamber of Commerce.

Brian has directly consulted on over 500 transactions during his 20 years working exclusively in M&A related activities. Brian’s experience has been focused on industrial and consumer products industries where he has provided due diligence, structuring, purchase contract review, sell side assistance and M&A dispute resolution services for both public and private clients. In addition to his involvement in domestic transactions, Brian has also been an integral member of cross-border acquisition teams that have completed transactions in numerous countries including China, Brazil, Mexico, United Kingdom, Spain, Netherlands, Australia, Germany, Italy, Israel, Poland, Sweden, France and the Czech Republic.

In addition to acquisitions and divestitures, Brian has been involved on other corporate finance related transactions including initial public offerings, secondary offerings and public debt offerings. Brian’s experience includes billion dollar+ transactions as well as smaller private transactions.

Brian has been with PwC since 1985 and he joined the Transaction Services Group in 1990. Brian is the US Transaction Services leader for the Industrial Products sector.
