Steve Terry is a tax partner in the PwC Portland office and currently serves as the FPP tax leader. He has 32 years of experience advising a wide range of multi-national clients in various industries including industrial products, retail and consumer goods, technology, and forest products. He is integrally involved in delivering specialized advisory services, including planning for and structuring acquisitions, financing, divestitures, and other strategic issues, in addition to overseeing the provision of general tax services. His experience also includes assisting clients with accounting method issues and changes, preparation of ruling requests, assisting clients with federal and state tax authority examinations and appeals. Steve is a member of the PwC Tax Accounting Services group and consults on complex tax accounting issues.
Additionally, Steve is the Portland office leader with responsibility for a professional staff of 130 people who provide accounting, auditing, tax and advisory services to a diverse clientele.
Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon.

John is an Advisory partner in the PwC St. Louis office and has 22 years of business advisory experience. John specializes in providing broad based consulting and internal audit services to a wide range of clients primarily in the industrial products and consumer goods sectors. Currently, John serves as the lead account partner for several Fortune 500 and other large companies. Within this role, John is responsible for maintaining executive level relationships and ensuring the delivery of PwC valued services across all parts of an organization.
The first 17 years of John's career were spent providing external audit services to the firms' clients ranging from middle market companies to large multi-national operations. During this period, John consulted with companies on many US GAAP technical areas, assisted companies with the assessment of their financial reporting control structure and assisted them during the raising of capital funds.
John received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia and serves on the Board of Directors for the Missouri State Board of Accountancy and the Missouri Board of the March of Dimes.

Sarah Martin is an Assurance Senior Manager in PwC's Richmond Office, with more than 10 years of public accounting experience serving several large and mid-cap companies. Sarah has held lead manager roles across many industries including forest and paper, manufacturing and distribution, telecommunications, and media and entertainment. Sarah's clients in these industries have required the use of public accounting and industry knowledge to identify and solve technical accounting issues, financial and SEC reporting issues, and to develop solutions to their business issues.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia, where she is a licensed CPA. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of CPAs, and she serves as Treasurer on the Executive Board of the Virginia Mentoring Partnership.
