Max Blocker is PwC’s Global & US Forest, Paper & Packaging leader, based in the Atlanta, GA office. In this role, Max leads a cross-functional team of people dedicated to the FPP sector in disciplines of audit, tax and advisory. Max also serves as a member of the Greater Atlanta market council as the lead growth partner, and has previously served in other leadership roles at PwC including the Consumer & Industrial Products practice leader for the Southeast region, and as the Market Assurance leader for Greater Atlanta (inclusive of the states of Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee).

Max has more than 28 years of audit, finance and accounting experience serving public and private companies across a number of sectors. Max has served as the Global Engagement Partner, Quality Review Partner, and Senior Relationship Partner on a number of multi-national companies on both audit and non-audit engagements. He brings extensive experience in all aspects of SEC filings and reporting and has assisted both strategic and financial clients in spin, merger, acquisition, carve-out, recapitalization, divestiture and joint venture transactions, both buy-side and sell-side, for domestic and multi-national companies. Earlier in his professional career, Max served as the CFO of a privately held industrial manufacturing company, allowing him to bring a unique perspective to his clients.

Marc leads PwC’s Advisory Practice for process-oriented companies in the United States. His personal focus is on manufacturers, where he helps with operations improvement from product strategy and engineering through manufacturing and distribution. Marc has been in operations strategy consulting since 1997, and has conducted engagements in a number of industries. Prior to joining PwC, he held both functional and line management roles in manufacturing and logistics. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. He received a Master of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Erin Sleeth has over 16 years of public accounting experience providing tax services to public and for-profit multi-national companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, utilities and retail. She assists her clients with a wide-scope of services, including assistance with accounting for income taxes, tax compliance, and specialized tax planning in areas such as accounting methods, acquisitions and dispositions, and compensation and benefits. Erin also has significant experience working with clients on alternative and renewable energy incentives.

In addition to her client service responsibilities, Erin helps lead PwC's Industrial Products Sector. In this role, Erin serves as a tax technical specialist on issues important to the industrial products industry. She also liaises with PwC’s National Tax Office on issues related to thought leadership and market coordination.

Erin has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in accounting from Walla Walla University and a Master of Science Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. She is a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a certified public accountant in Oregon and California.
